Lyn Lee joined Shell in 2002 as a Human Resources leader in its Downstream business, and has experience in Organisation Effectiveness, Talent and Learning and HR Business Partnering. Before joining Shell, Lyn was a managing partner running the Organisation Development business in a management consultancy firm, and also held other HR and consultancy roles in Asia and USA. As an HR leader in Shell, Lyn has had global leadership roles in the areas of Talent, Learning and HR business partnering, leading HR and learning teams globally in the Commercial businesses in Trading, Lubricants, Bitumen and Sulphur. In consulting, she had managed consultants in the Asia region and started up the assessment centre business in DDI. In her capacity, she leads Shell’s Diversity and Inclusion efforts for her businesses globally, targeted at increasing the representation of women and other minorities in leadership and critical positions, and at building a culture of inclusion that would enable organisational performance to compete effectively for talent. She has a Masters of Arts (Industrial & Organisational Psychology) from New York University, and a Bachelors of Arts (Psychology, Sociology) from National University of Singapore. Lyn is currently the Global Vice President, Human Resources in Shell Business Operations.
