Yet in a cultural context that favours harmony and consensus and shies away from divergent thinking, how well positioned is Asia for this creativity challenge? Drawing on insights from his academic research, Professor Roy Chua of Singapore Management University will examine this dilemma, explore the critical role cultural diversity plays in driving innovation and share his recommendations on how individuals and companies in Asia can unlock their creativity.
